Early life
Chihiro Jimbo was born in Tokyo, Japan on April 11th, 1990 to Masahito Jimbo, a family physician, and Mitsuko Jimbo. She was their second child, five years younger than brother, Masaya Jimbo.
The Jimbo family moved from Tokyo to Philadelphia, PA when Chihiro was three years old. Chihiro began to learn the violin, which she ended up studying for twelve years.
