This draft meets the minimum length requirement. The opening paragraph is succinct, subjective, and summarizes what Project Green Light is in simple terms, which I appreciated. I think it could be further strengthened if you added a sentence at the end that at least alludes to the ethical issues and implications that you will be discussing in the coming sections.

I like the bodies you sectioned your article into; they are helpful, informative, and intuitive. The ethical issues you list in the “Concerns” section are also important and described objectively. If you can find reliable sources regarding it, I think it would be interesting to include a section highlighting where Project Green Light gets its funding from (more specifically than just “governmental and state support”), as that could indicate in whose interest the system is operating.

I also spotted an issue of multiple missing commas, but that’s probably a minor issue that can be easily fixed with a close read-through.

I think the “Concerns” section is missing some references to back up your claims, such as in the “Civil Liberties” and “Health and Well-Being” subsections. I don’t doubt that your claims are probably correct, but I would love to see some sources to back them up. I do like the sources you did include though, though it would be nice if you could diversify them by adding more sources from academic journals if possible. Overall, I think you chose a really interesting topic and did well on your draft!
