Really nice start. Your writing is clear, and you incorporate course concepts well. You do need a discrete section on Ethics, even with this topic. I would like to see you expand on your thoughts about the ethical issues of Gender bias in Wikipedia, and frame this discussion with course concepts. It could be made more clear to the reader what ties these ethical concerns together. I think grounding this more in course material could help provide a framework for the reader to use to think about your topic.
