Introduction

Sam West was born in Indianapolis IN, lived there until he was 6, and then moved to Marquette MI. While living in Marquette he developed many interests in outdoor activities, such as playing soccer, running, ultimate, and ski racing. Upon graduating from Marquette Senior High School, he moved to Ann Arbor to attend the University of Michigan where he is currently a junior concentrating in Computational Informatics.

Life Achievements

Even at a young age, Sam showed exceptional talent in his inexplicable ability to not lose a game of monopoly, a feat he still holds to this day. Many have felt the fear of watching him acquire Boardwalk and Park Place, then slowly build houses on the properties until he finally has a hotel. He hasn't played since 2007, and many speculate if has retired from the game, waiting to find a worthy challenger, or simply doesn't have enough time to play (honestly it is a long game).
