Molly Robison is a junior studying Informatics at the University of Michigan.

Background

Molly was born and raised in Port Huron Michigan, a rust belt town on the knuckle of the thumb.

Education

Molly attended high school a Port Huron High School. In her sophomore year, she was accepted into the newly formed Math and Science Academy, formed through the St. Clair County Regional Educational Service Agency. She attended classes at St. Clair County Community College through the academy and dual enrollment, and graduated with an Associate's Degree in Science in May of 2010.
Molly came to the University of Michigan in September of 2010, as a computer science major in the College of Engineering. After deciding that she wanted a more varied career than simply coding, she decided to transfer to computational informatics.

Work

Molly is a part-time intern at Merit Network, an internet service provider to non-profit organizations and schools, in the research and development department. She works on collecting and providing network reputation to member networks.

Interests

Molly's favorite color is green. She enjoys knitting (particularly socks), reading (particularly David Foster Wallace), music that you've probably never heard of, judo, and spending time with her partner, Scott.
