Hi, my name is Jake Obron and I am from Franklin, Michigan. I am a junior at the University of Michigan and I am majoring in Social Computing through the Informatics program. I have one sister, Elyse, who is twenty-three years old who also attended U of M. She currently works in Chicago. My parents are Lynne and Jeffrey who are a Physical Therapist and a Physician, respectively. I am happy to say that I had a great upbringing, I have met a lot of great people and my parents provided me more love and support than I need. I am respectfully competitive and like to be physically active by playing basketball, soccer, tennis, golf, and snowboarding with my friends. I also enjoy reading books and magazines and going to the movies. I have been fortunate to go on some great family vacations and I can not wait to travel the world when I have the time and my own financial means.
