Good start on your research and writing of your article. Needs some more content regarding webcams as a whole outside of the ethical issues. Your popular culture section is very interesting and overlaps a bit with your ethics section, might want to consider how they may be related (does popular culture support or illuminate ethical issues?) and if it makes sense to make these sub-heads under ethics. Your bibliography is redundant with the references section, see if you can consolidate using the preferred wikipedia format.
