References should be fully laid out in a form that resembles footnotes or citations in a journal article.The lead is a good start to a summary, including the beginnings of a good definition. The structure of the lead should mirror the structure of the article, so in this case, the lead could say that virtualization encompasses hardware and desktop considerations. The ethical issues section is only partly formed. The lead section for this sub-section mentions a lot of ethical issues, but only two are worked out. The beginning paragraph for the ethics section suggests many avenues. This is the biggest place for improvement. Good bare bones effort
