This is a good start that needs some work in the ethical issues area, since there are so many. Uber is a good example of Moor's policy gap challenge with new technologies. Mixing legal issues with ethical issues in the same section is problematical. This article will benefit from more indepth research and will demonstrate the value of small scale expertise, cumulated in a single article.
