This has the makings of a strong article, well structured and on an important topic. The ethical issues section (the most important section) is missing, as are references and external links. So it is about half complete. The part that is here is pretty well done. Some typos and questions about documentation, since the references are not here. But there are many issues about the ethics of streaming copyrighted materials that will be of interest to other editors.
