The basic framework is here, but there's a lot missing that could be filled in. What were the formal charges brought against Dotcom? There's a whole subsection about the tech-side that could be delved into; what's going on in the back-end? Where are the servers located? Another common one is reception/criticism: what are some differing opinions of people who have weighed in on the topic? The prosecuting attorney? Anonymous's Pastebin statement about the matter (pretty sure they shut down the DOJ site with a DDOS at some point over his arrest)? Etc, etc. Also, you could link to more pages within our MediaWiki. Brownie points for the win.
