Length

Including all headers, the table of contents, and the references, the article is 1081 words, which fulfills the requirement of being between 900-1,100 words.

Structure

The author has written an opening paragraph that adequately summarizes the issue. The body of the article also contains useful information and seemingly reliable sources. The structure itself is very clear but there are some substantial gaps in the information under some of the headers. I would imagine that in the transition from draft to final product, these gaps in information will be adequately fulfilled based on the structure of the article. I also think fleshing out the ethical implications and expanding on wider implications of the Russian censorship beyond Russia's borders would be a welcome addition to this article.

Clarity

The author very clearly know what they are talking about, the information presented is very well explained, especially the sections that are more fleshed out. There are some gaps that still need to be filled, but since the author and class are all only in the drafting stage, some information about the issues has likely not made it to their page yet and is still in their notes and is important to include for added clarity. As I mentioned, though, I'm sure this will all come together once fully completed.

Objective reporting (Neutral point of view)

All information present appears to be from a neutral point of view and is only addressing things that have taken place and cites opinions from reliable sources. There is no argument from the author, and everything is objectively stated.
