Your article is in the required word count. The opening paragraph was good, you introduced topics and concerns that were elaborated in your body sections. There were a lot of references backing up statements you used throughout the article. The ethical issues in the article are pretty clear, and you touched on them pretty well. I would have liked to see more direct statements or even statistical data from your sources as that may make the issues stand stronger. For example in the automated resume review it would be good to provide info on how many resumes have been submitted vs resumes that have gone through the screen stage, if that info exists. The issues on diversity, ATS, and age discrimination are pretty convincing. There are some statements like "Due to the nature of these challenges, many industry workers feel that they are not indicative of success in the tech industry[1]" that have references but still sound pretty opinionated for a wiki article, but overall your article seems pretty non-argumentative.
