This is a good start. Your writing is clear, and your ideas are good. Your ethics section is good, it just needs a bit of expanding and scaffolding. I think adding some more course material to the lead paragraph could help provide a framework for the reader to use to think about your topic. Overall, I think you just need to expand some of the ideas in your ethics section and tweak the structure a bit.
