I'm not sure if it's a good idea to include Quinn's personal messages.

This is a good start. Your introductory paragraph should be above your contents box. I would, however, like to see more course content about ethics involved. You get into what some of the ethical concerns are, but it's not clear how they relate to anything we've talked about in class. Why does privacy matter? What class material could you use to talk about this idea? I think adding some more course material could help provide a framework for the reader to use to think about your topic.
