THis is the beginnings of a valluable article. There are many potential ethical issues that could be discussed here, including design ethics, unintended consequences. For this article it is important that the reader understand from the start where the challenges are. There is also the potential for much internal linking between articles in the MediaWiki. References are well fleshed out, but the substance of the body of text is not as strong as it could be.
