Hi Clair, I found it really interesting how you used different browsers to search your name, given that you did not find much information about yourself on Google. However, it is unfortunate the data broker services could not find information on you. Are there any Chinese data broker services that you are aware of? You stated that “we are less than our information,” which is contradicting when you say your online information does not show your interests outside the classroom such as your lifestyle and friends. I believe you are arguing that you are more than just the information provided online instead. I love how you talk about sacrificing your privacy for convenience and would love if you could make that the overarching point to your MediaWiki post.

Hi Clair! As a fan of privacy, I think it's great that your digital footprint is small. I also think it's nice you've been able to, for the most part, control what information is out there about you. Your Floridi quote was perfect for your piece, and liked your use of Baidu as well. I was also a little confused by your statement about being less than our information. I think you maybe meant we're more than our information if others can't know all our interests outside the classroom from online information. Maybe you could expand your "Data broker" section by trying to search yourself with other data brokers without giving them additional information? Lastly, I noticed some minor grammatical errors. The Sweetland Writing Center was very helpful when I visited them on the second floor of Shapiro.

Hi Clair,

I think you did a great job on the outline and with all the information provided. I also found it very interesting that you used a different website instead of checkmates for your data broker section. I wonder if there were any similarities or differences you found from that website compares to the one Professor Paul provided. The second image in your " Privacy " section is a bit too small to see in my opinion. Also, I think it's better if you add another main section for the " Data Broker " instead of having it under Google.
