The article provides information about the topic comprehensively. The length of the article is acceptable with 954 words of variance. The article appears to be right below the 1000 words limit, which met the requirements. For the structure, the writer seems to have constructed an introduction graph rather than an opening paragraph, which does not cover the entire content enough. The article has two sections in the body: History and Exiting Laws and Regulations, which contents are well summarized in the conclusion. When it comes to references, in-text citation is needed throughout the whole writing. Except for information that the university published in its research results, it is difficult to know which information was used in which citation (references) below. I also think that adding more specific examples of "This direct impacts..." in the conclusion to the body will make the subject of the article clearer. The ethical issues are very clear to me in that delivering that the nation's media department is the main body of censorship, and that their censorship of media can potentially affect expressionism and human rights as well as hinder economic activity. History illustrates how Saudi Arabia, in general, began censoring the Internet after its citizens were allowed to use it in 1999. However, adding more specific policy content and social atmosphere to the censorship atmosphere by year will help us understand changes over time. Adding a few examples will also help the reader grasp the severity of the censorship. In addition, I believe it would be a good choice to label a section "Ethical Issues" and provide the details under this section so it's easier to distinguish between information and actual ethical issues. The article reports objectively for the most part but there are a few parts where it does not seem to be objective. There appears to be some sort of opinion in the body sections but overall great draft of the article. In conclusion, it is said that development in censorship will continue, but there is no source (ground) for this, and the content is not covered in the text. Overall, this is well-written and covers quality content.
