Intro:

- 3rd sentence capitalize B in “Bezos”
- The intro is a strong start, but I believe you can work a bit to expand it.
 - First, some sentences can be combined.
 - Ex: …in Seattle, and he served..
- If you want, you could also add some details/statistics about Amazon’s expansion. Maybe mention their growth, and how they have become market leaders

History:

- I would add a sentence about how Amazon expanded from just selling books. What did he start to sell in addition to books? How long until it expanded into a marketplace for anything that we know today?
- If you want to expand this section, you could talk about when he stepped down as CEO and who took over after him. You can also talk more in depth about the TV shows, their streaming service and AWS to give more detail about the company. This expansion on Amazon’s history will help better set up the controversies you talk about later on.

Jeff Bezos: College and early career

- add more details on why/how he found amazon. Also, I would add another section about his time as CEO and growing the company. The last sentence in this section does not fit in College and Early Career and should be moved to a section about his late career.

Philanthropy

- Add more detail about how much money these nonprofits have donated, or some more specific examples of what they support
- Also add the last sentence of this section to the new section about Bezos’s late career.

Controversies: 1-Click Patent

- I think you could better explain what the 1 click patent is. Is it a consumer referral system, or something else? Maybe you can separate these two patents to better explain them. Also, did the USPTO revoke the patent after re-examination?

Canada

- This is an interesting controversy, and I think you could easily expand on it if you need more words
- Does your last sentence about the transparent pricing have to do with Canada or is it a separate issue? If it is separate, put it in its own section.

Apple Partnership

- Go in greater detail about this. How many apple resellers did this hurt? Who complained about it? Did the FTC come to a conclusion, and if so what did they say?

Marketplace participant and owner

- Do you have any examples of products that have fallen into this trap that amazon created? Again, I think some specific examples can improve this section

Direct Selling

- This controversy is very interesting. What ended up happening with Hachete Livre?

Price Control

- What happened in 2014 after these accusations? Another good place to expand

Removing competitors products

- Once amazon reached a real regarding prime video did they reinstate the listings of the apple and google products?

BookSurge

- Interesting controversy, but what was the result? Did they sign these agreements or did amazon back off?

Employee Mistreatment

Union Busting

- Did anything meaningful happen in 2021 with this? Its good to be up to date with the controversy

Warehouse conditions

- You can expand a lot on this
 - Workers peeing in bottles
 - Worker deaths/injuries
 - Etc - theres lots of stories on this matter

Working conditions for delivery drivers

 - Great

Overall: Length

- You are currently at 1,814 words so you need ~1000 more to have a complete page. I hope some of my recommendations above help you expand your article to its full length.

Structure

- Your article is structured very well. I thought your opening paragraph was well written and concise, but there is some room for improvement and expansion. I also enjoyed the different sections in your articles body, but I think some more specific examples of some topics you discussed would round out the page well.

Objective Reporting & Clarity

- Additionally, your ethical issues were mostly clear and easy to understand. I think adding examples or stories regarding these issues will really shine light on these controversies. Additionally, your work is neutrally written and does not express your opinion. Well done!
