I now see why you could relate so well to my avatar post. We indeed have a lot in common in terms of the progression of how we post. I too posted quite regularly when I first joined but am now much more selective with what I put up. Perhaps as you get older you realize that not everyone really cares about your every doing of every day. I liked your section on your Facebook family, especially your analysis of how most of this family was actually friends rather than blood relatives. And of course, girlfriends right? I'm sure you would agree that your Facebook presence (much like mine) would probably be non-existent if it wasn't for the girl in your life. One suggestion I have on your post would be, if possible, to lengthen out the elderly section. I personally found that section to be quite intriguing despite how short it is and it would be interesting to read more about your thoughts on how you think your Facebook activity and your avatar will change going forward in life and having perhaps more experiences that you would be willing to share on Facebook. Overall, I enjoyed reading this post a lot. The good narration and analyses makes it quite relatable, at least in my case. Good work!
