Winter 2018 Notes

- The lead here needs to reflect all the content below. We're missing a summary of the ethical debates described in the article.
- The subsections here are a little irregular. Community doesn't have enough content to be its own subsection just yet. Can this be reorganized?
- The citations need editing.
