Hi Taylor,

Great post! I thought it was really interesting especially because you have such a prominent aspect of your life that your search results could be centered on even thought it’s from a long time ago now. I thought it was interesting that you went a few pages deep into your search results - I hadn’t really thought about doing that as I usually never look past the first page of results.

It seemed like a lot of your analysis was focused on what data was current and what was outdated, and so I’d maybe suggest some reformatting to highlight that a little more. I think your “Other Results” section could potentially be broken down a little more as well, maybe into two sections - one focused on social media and one that remained as “other” - just so it flows a little better while reading. I think it might also be neat to see a picture of the actress person from England with your name! Overall nice job.

Hi Taylor! I enjoyed reading your post. It was very refreshing to have a clear-cut and sequential explanation of all of your findings from when you Googled yourself. I like how you compared what you found to yourself in the past, how you've changed offline, and how the internet hasn't exactly accurately reflected that change. Also, the pictures that you include provide a nice visualization and complement the post well, as it provides insight into how your search process went.

I may just be missing it, but I'm not sure if there's a clear theme in your post. In reference to the rubric for this assignment, we are supposed to present a theme related to authenticity, temporality, and/or embodiment. I think this is something you could keep in mind when revising!

Also, I think expanding on your analysis would make for a stronger post overall. I like how you are juxtaposing yourself with this other Taylor Denby across the world. I think if you dove deeper into what this may say in terms of ideas and concepts talked about in class, this would make your post stronger. Maybe you could look into concepts like privacy and anonymity and what the relationship between your offline and online representations may say about these concepts. Focus on making your analysis points stronger! Overall, great job though! It was easy to follow. Good luck!
