A "controversies" section might help put various issues on the table separate from the discussion of ethical implications, which can be more generic. The lead paragraph does not allude to either ethical issues or controversies. There are some rough phrasings that could be edited into classic wiki text. "encourage users not to take screenshots" could be discourage users from taking screenshots" for example. A good first draft in need of polishing and expansion.
