Overall I enjoyed reading your autobiographic analysis of your facebook avatar; your writing voice and style were engaging and flowed well. There were some grammatical mistakes, but they didn't detract much from the overall effect. You could have gone into much deeper analysis/self reflection on a variety of subjects that you brought up, however, and it often left me desiring more information. What does your openness and level of intimacy on facebook say about yourself? What insights into yourself have you gained by the secondary elements of your facebook? You appear to be of the mindset that your profile gives a good idea of yourself; do you think a person's identity can be truly/accurately summed up like that? You mention that your status updates are there to entertain and engage, often with a target viewer in mind; this is a huge aspect of a consciously constructed identity, talk about it. Overall, instead of just telling us that you did something on facebook, like cropping/editing your profile pictures, tell us why you did it, why you felt the need to. I did like the idea that facebook has become more than a social tool, however, and that now it is used as a record/album.
