Hi Sal!

First off I'd like to say that I really like this piece! It is creative and your voice really comes through. I like that you begin by introducing "Sal the Human" and your presence on all social media as a "brand." That is, I think, the goal on the theoretical side of social media: to allow people to create a brand for themselves. I also like the fact that you acknowledge that you do in fact alter how you present yourself online as time, and Salvatore, the live being, changes. We all do this, whether it be explicitly or implicitly, and it is definitely a good thing to be aware of this reality. As you go into your subsections focusing on profile pictures, cover photos, and featured photos, your self-reflection is clear. I like how you describe the purpose of each of these subdivisions of photos to you and how they help you communicate with others.

If there was something I would like to see added or changed, it would be your lack of analysis regarding some of the secondary characteristics of your profile, like you personal information or your privacy settings. I think these components would serve to supplement your analysis of your pictures well, as you aim to brand yourself as "Sal the Human" online, but it would also provide some insight to how "Sal the Human" connects to "Salvatore DiGioia: a human" and your views on your personal online perception. In essence, I would like to see more of the details regarding your profile and see you dig deeper into what they mean in terms of your online goals. It's just a thought, but overall, I really enjoyed this piece! Great job, Sal!
