Winter 2017 Notes
- This is going good places.
- Citations are sloppy. Let's format this.
- Could we add more to ethical implications and add sub-headings by theme?
- Someone might look at this piece from 30,000 feet and see if the section headings and organization makes sense.

This article is almost there. Good editing work. Footnotes remain incomplete and sloppy. Can someone fix them? References should have enough information to understand what the reference is about. Consistency across the entire list of references is also important.
