Hey Nick,

Hey Nick,

I really enjoyed your post and thought you explored a really interesting concept of your Facebook Avatar. I thought that framing your examination between “On the surface” and “Beneath the surface” was both creative and effective. One point that you brought up and I had wished you had gone into more detail about was Facebook stalking or lurking that you mention you participate in, as do I. I think the whole practice presents some very interesting ethical and moral questions that could take a great deal of time to really dealve into. I also wish you had provided some illustrations to give us a better understanding of your Facebook Avatar. All and all I really enjoyed your post Nick and thought you did a great job!

In your background section you discussed how long you have been a member and use of the Facebook community, which I found very remarkable. Hey Nick!!

I enjoyed reading your page! I could definitely relate to how you described being a passive, but active member on Facebook.

I think it is cool that you have been apart of the site for so long. I think it gives you a unique perspective on how the culture of the tool may or may have not changed overtime. It would be great to see more about how your role on Facebook has evolved or remained the same as years have passed by.

I also think it would be interesting to learn more about how your Facebook profile varies from you in your everyday life. What is that 75% that is not being displayed on Facebook?

Lastly, it would be interesting to learn what has made you stay on Facebook all these years and what keeps you coming back.

It was a great read! I look forward to reading more in the future.
