I removed the subsection "Photo Metadata" from the "Ethical Implications" section as it wasn't on topic. The information that was included in the section has been redistributed to other sections to create more logical flow.
For my MediaWiki Edit 3, I will be expanding on the ethical implications regarding the Fourth Amendment, expanding the collection of metadata section, and possibly add real-world applications of metadata. - Erika K.
