First of all, I really liked how you talked about the idea of painting a picture and I didn't see it from other statements. When it comes to revision,  I agree with Logan that maybe you should formatting up with the images a bit to attract the readers more with your introduction section. I also think you could add a little more information into your introduction as to how the idea of painting a picture could relate to data brokers.

Introduction. I liked how you broadly introduced the subject here and the metaphor of painting a picture.

Data broker painting. What are the implications of these social media accounts being associated with you? Did you find anything on them that you wouldn't want to be represented by? You sort of start to answer these questions but I wish that there was a lot more detail. Check the last sentence of this paragraph, I think you missed a few words.

Google search painting. This is alright.

Analysis. I feel like you missed out on a chance to talk about the things not present online or identities that are not yours, but could be confused with yours. Your LinkedIn and portfolio site are also only academic elements. Would you say those fully encompass your identity? What outside of this does the digital miss about you? And is the the digital accurate? You talk about how you "give off the impression" of liking photography or traveling. Are these true? Either way, maybe talk about why these things were so purposeful.

Overall I really enjoyed reading your Data Identity Statement. I think you did a good job keeping a consistent voice and tone throughout your writing which made it easier to follow along. I also found your discussion of various identities to be engaging, especially when you contrasted your "professional" LinkedIn identity and your more down to earth portfolio identity. Seeing as my data broker report also turned up the social media accounts of a different person with the same name, I emphasized a lot with your concerns over these possible connections. I do believe there are some possible areas you could work to improve in your data identity statement. By changing your formatting up a bit, with images on either side of your statement and more attention grabbing section titles, you could really bolster the overall visual appeal of your statement. Another change I would recommend is perhaps tying more class themes into your writing. Going off of what you have so far I think privacy is one theme from class with a lot of relevancy to your discussion. By including these themes from class you could have a bit more of a nuanced, robust discussion throughout your identity statement.
