This article is ambitious, in that it might actually be several themes rolled up into one more complex article. The Freedom of Information Act in the US and the Right to Be Forgotten in Europe are not really too closely connected, although an argument could be made that the wide accessibility of government information is creating tensions that carry ethical challenges. But this article will have to be restructured and edited to make these connections clear at some meta level. Footnotes need work to turn them into citations.
