Hey Ha-Eun, I've shared the same problem as you for a long time. I've always had a dilemma about whether to tell people my actual name or just "JC", just out of convenience. Therefore this piece really struck a chord with me as I also created other names for myself when I was younger. I think a possible approach to improving your data identity statement would be to analyze whether the information in both Ha-Eun Nam and Gloria Nam's profiles are consistent. This could be in terms of personality expression or even just factual information in general. I think that the central theme of your statement revolving around the two identities you possess is awesome but you could headline your initial paragraph with something eye-catching such as "Origin of dual identities" or something along the lines of that. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed your writing and I hope you find some level of balance between professionalism and convenience just as I have.

Hi Ha-Eun! I found your page to be very interesting. I too am Korean and have a Korean name. However, I also have a legal English name on all my documents and birth certificate. Because of this, I did not run into the problems of having to create a name and even a separate identity with that name. I never realized that having to go by a non-legal name could cause these sort of emotions and experiences you faced. It was very intresting to read about your experiences so thank you. I think that you could elaborate more upon searching both your names in google and even in the data broker profile. I think to add length to this page, you can search your data profile with "Gloria" and see what kind of information comes up especially if you had used this name with social media platforms. Another thing I would add would be a few more images to make the page more aesthetically pleasing and easier to read. Overal this is a great foundationa and once you add some more detail this will be a great page.
