The lead paragraph should always start with a definition of the term or terms in the title.  The lead paragraph should also telegraph the major points of the article, almost but not quite like an abstract.  The ethical issues section is a good start, but much deeper analysis, drawing on course readings, supplemental readings, or other sources is called for.  The references should contain the most common elements of a traditional footnote and be formatted more or less like  a footnote.  The reader should not have to click on a URL to know what the reference is all about.  The issue with references is the credibility of the article, so choosing references strategically to show authority is important.
