This is a good start. You should more clearly label your "Issues" section as Ethical concerns or something similar. Also, I'd like to see more course content about ethics involved. You get into what some of the ethical concerns are, but it's not clear how they relate to anything we've talked about in class. I think adding some more course material could help provide a framework for the reader to use to think about them.
