In today's digital world, many transactions are made online involving our confidential information and our money. The purpose of cybersecurity is to protect endpoint devices like computers, smart devices, and routers; networks; and the cloud. Without it in today’s tech-connected world, cybersecurity attacks, also known as cyberattacks, can yield terrible repercussions for those unfortunately targeted and involved. These may include but are not limited to identity theft, extortion, and loss of sentimental digital memories like family photos and videos.
