Brain-Machine Interface is a type of technology that establishes communication between the biological brain with an external device for various applications. While this technology has made tremendous breakthroughs in neuro-prosthetics, and combating sensory impairment, it also raises an array of ethical issues as private companies and interests are beginning to develop their own BMI technologies.
