I really enjoyed your introduction. I think it framed your statement really nicely and gave me an insight into what you were thinking throughout this process. Your name seems common so it is not surprising to me that you had to add your hometown. Because of this I would have loved to read more about your middle school soccer team, something that is unique to your online identity. "I found that I’d unknowingly protected myself from being found by people I don’t know by disallowing search engines to link to my profile". I found this line really interesting especially because it is usually the opposite. I would love to read a little more about what you felt about this as well, since your privacy seems more protected than most other people. Overall, your writing was fantastic and it was an extremely interesting statement which your conclusion summed up very well. I saw the general class topics in your writing but perhaps it would benefit from a quote or two. Really good job Sophie, looking forward to reading the revision!
