I really enjoyed reading this entry. You set up the sections of this entry in a way that made it really easy to read and follow the journey of yourself through social media. Separating your uses of both Facebook and Instagram into past and present uses of the technology was a very interesting and valuable way to organize your ideas. You also did a good job of mentioning your transition between the two social media platforms. Something you could elaborate on is the fear you have about the privacy of your accounts. You mentioned that you don't want people to be able to know everything about you but you could also talk about if you feel the need to have control over your own information/identity. You also might want to fix some of the photo layouts so that they are clustered together more rather than on both sides of the page; it just made it a little difficult to follow the text at some points. Overall this is a really good piece and I think you do a good job of discussing your identity as shown through your online profiles. -- Megan Lakkides

Hey Erica! I would like to say that I really enjoyed reading through this. I think it was structured in a way that made it a very easy read. The chronological progression through your different platforms really helped me follow the reading. I did see however that you talk about your online privacy briefly in the start but you stray from the topic when describing your social media privacy. I think that you could add measures that you've taken to keep your Facebook profile only accessible to people you know kind of like you talked about in the section about your Instagram. You could also expand more on why you take such precautions when it comes to protecting your privacy. I think it would really add to your article and allow your readers to understand more of where you are coming from. Some slight aesthetic changes could include fixing the structure of your pictures a little more, I think the text in between the two pictures was a little distracting and it takes away from the article, I think you could narrow it down to which pictures provide the most value to the article and wrap the text around those in a way in which the text can flow without being interrupted. I do think this is a great start and was a very enjoyable read! - Saul Bravo
