This article has a lot going for it.  It is a beast in terms of its ambitions.  The section on similar applications is itself a good piece of investigative writing.  Several of the similar apps have articles in the SI 410 wiki, so the opportunity for synergy is high.  Technically this article is well done.  Some tweaks on the references to improve transparency.  As with all first drafts, there is room for improvement on the specific phrasing.
