Carding is a type of fraud where someone takes a victims credit card information and uses it to buy products that they can sell for money, or identity theft, or money laundering purposes. Usually, specific demographics don't get targeted, the attackers put a card reader on atms or gas pumps and steal credit card information when the victim puts their card in.
