This is a good beginning for what could be an extraordinary article, given the many and complex ethical issues associated with crowd sourcing in this app. The lead begins with a definition. Watch the use of adjectives in all parts of articles. Your judgment of "innovative", for example, might not be shared by everyone and many adjectives do not stand the test of time. All references need to be fully fleshed out as citations. External urls may be listed as external links and sources you use as documentation should be fully spelled out. There are so many potential ethical issues that your article would attract more editorial attention if time were devoted to establishing a structure for the ethical issues with subheadings. Then fellow students can help fill in the issue details and appropriate citations.
