1. Length

For the purposes of evaluating the length of the article, I copied the Wikipedia article to Google Docs to accurately get an estimate of the word count. Upon completing the task, the word count came out to roughly 2,600 words. A bit lower than the required word count. Aforementioned, I also checked the spelling and grammar while I was able to, and the article is grammatically very well done! No found errors.

2. Structure

Upon first reading the Wikipedia post, the article meets all of the structural requirements. Taking a closer look at the article, the opening paragraph accurately represents the entirety of the contents of the article, summarizing the main components mentioned throughout. The second requirement has also been met, containing three main sections; history, issues, ongoing debate. The third requirement has also been met, after reviewing the references, citations and reliability have been accurately met. Although the introductory paragraph is well done if possible shortening aspects of it could lend themselves useful. For example, creating a section of the article separate from the introduction that goes more in-depth about technical aspects/audience of video game console emulations. Also, keep in mind explaining the multiple perspectives of video game console emulations. Refer to the objective reporting section for more ideas. I also mentioned this in the clarity sections, but breaking up the main sections into subsections can also create a more readable experience for those reading the article.

3. Clarity

After fully reading the article it is straightforward and informative. The main components layout what video game console emulations are, their history, legality issues, and finishes with ongoing issues within the area of interest. What is particularly well done within this article is the consideration of ethical issues in console emulations. From the introductory paragraph to the ongoing debate paragraph the ethical issues regarding video game console emulations were competently laid out. Although the ethical issues within this area have been addressed throughout the article, said issues were also explained in an easy-to-understand way in which I have a better understanding of said issues in console emulations. Some ideas to create more clarity include adding more sections, and subsections to break up the text. At some points in the article, it was very text-heavy, even adding pictures to illustrate what is being explained could be extremely helpful to the reader, both for comprehension and to keep readers' attention.

4. Objective Reporting

Overall this Wikipedia article has objectively reported on the ethical issues regarding video game console emulations. No indication of personal opinions were found. The article is a good primer on the problems within video game console emulations. With that being said, more emphasis on what are console emulations could prove helpful. Some ideas to reflect a bit deeper(and meet the word count requirement) would be delving more into the positive aspects/technical aspects//growth/audience of console emulations. This will also create a more objective article as it reflects on the positive/negative aspects, creating more neutrality. Also, keep in mind explaining the multiple perspectives of video game console emulations. More ideations include: who are major players in console emulations(companies, audience, platform), and expanding more on the ongoing debate section. More information on where video game console emulations are at now, considering the verdict of the mentioned lawsuits within the article could also be another idea. Also, are there any current/previous movements advocating against the lawsuit verdicts since? Could be an interesting addition to the ongoing debate section of the wiki article.
