Great use of formatting and sources in order to create a strong article. Try to focus on separating the definition of what public morality is versus how it appears in ethical issues. Ethical points are good, but need a bit more detail in order to really explore the ideas. Exploring how public morality has changed is a great point, I'd like to see a bit more in this section.
