Good start on formatting and neutral tone. Look at how you can find some additional supporting evidence from diverse sources. Your ethics section has a good start, but needs more supporting evidence. Make sure you are original source of the supporting material and not just where you found it (e.g. 77% rejection rate statistic is from AP not Washington Examiner).
