Length: In terms of the content in the article, it is still pretty much in the beginning stages, which makes sense as a draft. There is an outline of topics that are going to be discussed, but not enough content to understand the main points and how ethics ties into it.

Structure: While there is some background on what biotechnology and ethics means, there is no content yet regarding how they connect. In terms of an opening paragraph, this is still be added. Moreover, there is still no body of content within the article. Although there is no main content yet, the use of references can be noted in the background and definition sections, which brings in some credibility. Taking a look at the sources cited, they are reliable and credible sources, which is good. With this, it sets up a solid foundation to begin writing in depth about ethics and biotech.

Clarity: Having a good foundation, the ethics of biotechnology are not made clear as those sections are yet to be added. However, the outline of topics included near the top showcases the different areas the article plans to cover. Besides this, only using my previous knowledge on those listed topics, can I make out possible aspects of ethics that may be covered. I can think of possible arguments on ethics as I saw designer babies, stem cell controversy, and Theranos.

Reporting POV: In the background section, there are statements such as "what most people think" and "while many think" that show some implied perspective of the writer. It would be best to go about a more neutral standpoint, cite references, and show the reader what is the popular consensus rather than telling the reader. While writing out the next iteration of the article, it would be cool to go in depth on a perspective, then introduce another perspective and overall laying out information for the reader to gain an understanding of the overall "picture".

Overall, great start. Make sure to introduce how ethics ties in and cover different perspectives to let the reader draw conclusions and avoid telling the reader perceptions.
